Team ReJoyce Weekend of Hope

Team ReJoyce family and friends:

We have been closely monitoring COVID-19 and how it will effect our May 2nd event. Unfortunately we have decided to cancel this year's washer tournament.

We want to be mindful of the organizations and people we represent who are amongst the most at risk when it comes to spreading this virus. We also care deeply about protecting the people who attend our event and want to keep everyone as safe and healthy as possible.

With that being said, we are following the recommendations made by our local and federal governments as it pertains to group gatherings. We want to prevent spreading the virus by practicing social distancing. Considering our event is generally attended by over 200 people who are in close contact, we feel confident this is the right decision to make.

This decision was not easy as we hold this event so close to our hearts. Thank you for your understanding and endless amount of support every year. We know the fight against cancer is not over and we look forward to returning next year bigger and better!

Washer Tournament

This year's event will again be held in Moulton, TX at the Moulton Park Pavilion and will include:

  • 3-hole Washer Tournament ($30 per person/ $60 per team donation minimum)
  • 50/50 money raffle
  • Silent Auction
  • Complimentary Food
  • Music and Dancing

This event is BYOB and chairs. No Glass Containers. There is a playground at the park for kids to enjoy.

Please sign up for the Washer Tournament by May 1st so we can make the brackets and have enough food.

We need just a few details from you to register. If you don't have a partner yet, that's OK, you can give us that information at the tournament. Remember, a minimum donation of $30 per person/ $60 per team is required to participate.

Please arrive by 10:00 AM on Saturday to get signed in. Registration fee will be collected at sign in (cash or check made out to Candlelighters).
